This is why I created my 6 week Adulting 601 group coaching program! You will walk away with having the tools in your toolbox to feel so much more confident in yourself and most importantly, not feeling alone during this big life adjustment.
After 6 weeks together, you will:
1. Know how to deal with your anxiety and stress in a healthy way
4. Learn the warning signs of burnout so you can prevent it
2. Feel more organized and have the time to fit in plans with friends, self care, and work
5. Feel more confident in dating, making new friends, and balancing old relationships
3. Have confidence at work and know what to do in the rare moments imposter syndrome sneaks in
6. Have an actual budget and skills to make room for grocery shopping, meal prep, and saving to go out with friends!
I have been in your shoes and went through all of these challenges. It was so hard for me and I felt so alone, anxious, insecure, and scared. I didn’t have the proper tools during this huge life transition, which left me with really unhealthy coping strategies. This is why I am so passionate about Adulting 601 because I saw how hard this was for me and so many of my friends and clients. If only we had this group and had support from a therapist trained in anxiety and life transitions, but also a group of people going through the same challenges. You don’t have to feel alone!
I have had the honor of working with Jackie on high level of care for eating disorder treatment as well as in the outpatient level. Working on mutual cases and seeing her attention to detail, individualized approach to treatment and empathy for those she cares for, made me fully trust her clinical judgement and collaboration in treatment si much smoother and affective. Her extensive background, not only in therapy/eating disorders/anxiety, but also health coaching, makes her integrative approach to treatment so much more complete and impactful to those she cares for. 2 1:1 individual coaching sessions for 30-minutes at a time of your choosing
