Therapy Services

I specialize in helping young women manage their anxiety, develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies, and cultivate deeper security in their relationships. I guide my clients in learning new skills to improve their daily lives and ultimately to feel confident enough to use them on their own! I have found the relationship you have with your therapist is the most important tool in order to make real changes. I take a hands-on collaborative approach. In therapy, we’re going to get underneath the anxiety and get clear on what you actually want. I’ll challenge and support you to make it happen.  Instead of letting your anxiety and insecurities take over, we’ll learn to accept them and change how you view yourself. After therapy together, you’ll feel more confident, secure, and connected to others.

Anxiety

Are you ready to stop fearing your anxiety and instead learn healthy coping skills to manage your feelings? Together we will get underneath the anxiety and get clear on what you really want. You will learn how to slow yourself down and recognize your physical and mental signs of anxiety. You will become so familiar with your anxiety and learn to stop your anxiety from making your decisions for you.  Together, you will get to the point where you will start to think, feel, and act the way you really want to!

Self- Esteem

We all have insecurities. Instead of letting your insecurities take over and lead you feeling worse about yourself, I will help you learn to accept them and change how you view yourself. After therapy together you’ll feel more confident, secure, and connected to others.

Disordered Eating

Do you feel anxious around food? Especially when going out? Maybe even feeling guilty ? Are you constantly comparing your body to others? Do you notice if you ate something “bad”, you feel like you have to work it off?   I can help you improve your relationship with food and improve how you feel in your body.

Life Transitions

Adulthood brings a host of life transitions for young women, whether you're adjusting to college, moving to a new city, starting your first job, or navigating financial independence. You might be experiencing your first heartbreak, exploring new dating experiences, or making new friends while saying goodbye to old ones. For those who are pregnant, postpartum, or embracing motherhood, these life changes can be equally significant and transformative. No matter what stage you’re in, I’m here to help you navigate these transitions together.  Change in your life increases anxiety, stress, and self doubt. It is normal to feel increased anxiety and stress, but when you feel more lost, trapped, and on edge, these are signs that we need to work together to find yourself again.  You will feel more confident in yourself and less alone as you reconnect back to who you are, what is most important to you, and make decisions that align with your values and goals.
